Location
Tudorovichi village, Montenegro.
Tasks
Сreate a concept project for the development of the village of Tudorovichi.
About the project
On a 0.45 ha plot there are 5 houses with a total living area of 2415.7 m2, an indoor swimming pool with an area of 632 m2 with an upper usable roof, an underground garage with a total area of 580 m2, the area of all premises is 3628 m2.
The design of all 8 building levels uses the terrain features in such a way that the best view towards the sea is formed for each level.
The road that runs through the middle of the section is blocked and enclosed in a tunnel. An operational roof with green spaces is arranged above it. The pool located at the bottom of the plot also has maximum sea views and a large recreation area. The main flows of people's movement outside the apartments(on the side of the stairs) create conditions of silence and comfort of living.
3 apartment buildings (houses 1, 2 and 5) have 2 floors and 5 and 6 apartments in each house.
The average area of apartments is 150 m2. There are 16 apartments in total, including 2 detached houses (2 and 3), with a total area of 195 m2 and 165 m2, on 2 levels.
On the 1st floor of all apartments there is a hall, a kitchen, a living room, a storage room, a guest bathroom. On the second floor there are bedrooms and bathrooms. The entrance is provided both from the mountains, from the sea, and from the side. The layout of almost all apartments is individual. A number of apartments have an additional dining room or bedroom, dressing rooms. The large bedroom always has its own private bathroom.
The combination of modern style with the local flavor of natural finishing materials gives a special offer. The layout of the apartments uses shifted volume cells, which creates an additional view for the rooms and the play of shadows on the facades. Reinforced concrete, brick, and stained glass filling are used in the structures. There are reinforced concrete columns and monolithic slabs in the garage and swimming pool. The facades are decorated with stone, glass, metal fences, wooden pergolas. The height difference with a length of 98 m is 22.6 m.
Residential buildings are naturally integrated into the slope of the foot of the mountains and harmoniously coexist with the natural environment. The residential complex gives the impression of a single seething water stream descending from the mountains.
