About the project
Total area 1100 m2.
One of the first private projects of the company. It was implemented quite quickly and successfully in 2002.
This project is a kind of plastic experiment in which I wanted to get away from standard shapes. In the
architectural appearance, straight lines are combined with the semicircular shapes of the bay
windows.
The fully used ground floor of the house is occupied by a gym, billiards and technical rooms.
On the ground floor:

There are bedrooms on the third floor and in the attic.
