About the project
Most of the apartment is given over to studio space with a kitchen and dining area. The studio space occupies about 150 m2:

The fireplace area is separated by a podium and a staircase with two exits to a terrace with a winter garden.
The remaining part of the apartment is divided into a bedroom area with walk-in closets and bathrooms for each bedroom and an auxiliary part.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 is 31.75 m2 and has two walk-in closets, a private bathroom with a shower and a window opening
•
Bedroom 2 is 22 m2 it is equipped with a built-in storage system and has an individual bathroom with a shower
•
Bedroom 3 is 26.5 m2 includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a window opening
