Among the completed 6 design options, the customer chose the Manhattan option: the silhouette of the city is reflected on the facade. The black house color scheme in the house "is obtained by combining the colors of the cladding panels: several shades of beige tones with the effect of blurriness are used".

An operational roof is provided: an oval-shaped platform and a canopy combining the overall composition are made on the final part of the house, with different types of illumination: smooth light, light-dynamic and contour, emphasizing the silhouette of the light diagrams. In our task It also included the design of some interior spaces: the entrance area located on the second floor, the solution of the front area between the 1st and 2nd floors, the selection of elevator equipment for 4-speed elevators.

Office and technical rooms are provided on the 1st floor for the residents of the house, In addition,
the development of the landscape of the adjacent site was required. The complex is designed in several levels. Guest parking is provided on 2 levels, underground parking is provided for the residents of the house. The stylobate contains there are additional parking spaces, and the building is surrounded by a ramp where cars enter. The stylobate volume itself houses exhibition, public, and service facilities. The adjacent
territory will also house offices and a business center, a playground and a public area.
