About the project
The building is two-storeyed and has a complex plan configuration with overall dimensions of 22.3 x 1.9. The height of both floors is 3 m from floor to ceiling. The roof is flat, unused, with a low perapet, the main entrance to the building is located on the south-east side and leads to a spacious hallway with a dressing room, passing into the two-light atrium space of the staircase hall, which unites all the rooms of the house and is its central core.
The ground floor of the house is functionally divided into two zones: a living room in the northeastern part and a technical area for staff facing southwest. There are also three zones inside the living room:

View area of the glazed bay window

The kitchen-dining area
On the second floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, dressing room and outdoor terrace. The spacious terraceof the master bedroom, facing northeast, offers views of the Apuan Mountains.
